Continue your walk and you'll discover « Seine Rive Gauche » (Left Bank Seine), a new district in Paris, built around the Grande Bibliothèque Nationale François Mitterrand (Francois Mitterand Grand National Library). The main street in this district is the new avenue de France where the headquarters of many companies are located. Across, on the other side of the Seine, you'll find the Palais Omnisport de Paris Bercy (Bercy Stadium) famous for its indoor concerts and sporting events.
